Step 1. Use the Temporary Hole to Break the Cycle

Instead of moving a person to their final destination, move the GREEN_PERSON_1 from the front of its queue into the empty temporary hole. This is the key move to unlock the puzzle.

💡 Tip: Moving all the front people to their colored holes immediately will result in a gridlock. The temporary hole is essential.

Step 2. Solve the Blue Hole

Now that GREEN_PERSON_1 is out of the way, move the unblocked BLUE_PERSON_1 into the blue hole. Then, move BLUE_PERSON_2 from the front of its queue to fill the blue hole completely.
